Jazz and the city is een totaalconcept bestaande uit een jazzy band, een goede DJ waarbij de band ook kan fungeren als band waar lekker op gedanst kan worden. voor een totaalavond met een mooie opbouw: relaxed beginnen en swingend eindigen. Jazz and the City laat u genieten van muziek! Juist ook doordat er in de pauzes en voorafgaand aan het optreden van de band, een DJ zorgt voor groovy en loungy relaxte achtergrondmuziek. Als de avond erom vraagt kan de DJ na afloop van het optreden het evenement swingend en knallend afsluiten met de beste clubhits van dit moment en de coolste grooves uit het verleden. Ook kan de band de laatste set lekker swingend spelen zodat er ook met de band gedanst kan worden.
Jazz and the City laat zich graag versterken door een fantastische saxofonist. Mooie zwoele solo’s, de juiste blazersriff en niet te vergeten, indien gewenst speelt de saxofonist met de DJ mee in de pauzes of na afloop.
